Accommodation Rates:

We only offer our lovely lake house to guests for midweek and weekend stays with minimum 2 night stays

• Sunday to Thursday nights: $330 per night

• Friday & Saturday nights: $450 per night

• Cleaning fee: minimum $199

Important Stay Information:

• Minimum 2-night stay is our standard practice.

• Minimum 3-night stay if checking in on a Thursday.

Check-in/out:

• Check-in: 3:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

Late Check-out Fee:

Guests not vacating the property by 10 am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur a $100 fee. If the property is not vacated 3 hours after the check-out time, another night's stay will be charged.

Booking Policies:

• We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.

• Bookings made 12+ months in advance may attract a surcharge.

Holiday Season & Special Dates:

• Rates and minimum night requirements vary for Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Public Holidays.

• A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's in set date blocks.

Third-Party Booking Sites:

• Fees may vary on third-party booking sites. It’s always cheaper dealing directly with us.

• When you book with us, you aren’t booking with a 3rd party agent, you are booking and dealing with the property owner and their team.

Important Note:

• IMPORANT INFORMATION: There is no direct access to the lake from this house, The paddock between the House & the lakes edge is not our property and is strictly off limits. Only the land surrounding the house within the electric fence is available for guest use.  There is no access to the lake from the house, no launching of boats or jet skis or anchoring/pulling up on the shore. The ONLY place to access the lake is at the Lake Moogerah Caravan park which is just a 2 min drive away.

• This property is equipped with two external security cameras for general safety and the property’s protection, which overlook the deck/spa areas. Please be assured that the cameras are not monitored during your stay. These cameras are primarily in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our property and staff outside guest stays. Footage is not retrieved or viewed unless there is an incident or damage to the property. Cameras are not actively monitored during your stay, and footage is only reviewed in the event of an incident. You will find these cameras on the Northwest Corner Eave on the deck, and the Southwest Corner Eave.

  The cameras can only be moved remotely, so please do not try to access or unplug any equipment. If guests would like to cover the camera with a towel or cloth during their stay to feel more comfortable due to the cameras proximity to the spa, that is okay, (BUT please of course do this with caution to not damage or break any fittings or equipment) then at the end of their stay kindly ensure the towel/cloth is removed before guest departure. Please note that the cameras are designed to track movement. If something like a bird flies by, the camera may revert to its original position. Please do not tamper with the cameras or security equipment in any way, if you are found to have played with equipment, this may incur a fee as guests will be charged for a technician to come out and reset the devices.

• NO caravans, camper trailers, or tents larger than a 2-man tent for children are permitted on our properties. If you have extra guests we are happy to advise other suitable locations for their accommodation nearby, such as the Lake Moogerah Caravan Park that is less than 2 minutes away from our houses

• Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree neighbourhood. However, we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.
