Plus, 1 fold-away cot available for any room in the house
Optional Extra: Clubhouse Access with futons (linen not provided) (sleeps up to 10 but shhhh…local council says your not allowed to sleep in the clubhouse so stay up all night you’ll be fine) We've got you covered with cozy sleeping bags to keep you warm for those late night gaming missions.

House Rates:
Sunday - Thursday nights: $240 per night
Friday & Saturday nights: $885 per night
Cleaning fee: minimum $239
Additional Options:
Clubhouse Access: $150 per night (+ cleaning fee $59)

Important Stay Information:
Minimum 2-night stay is our standard practice.
Minimum 3-night stay if checking in on a Thursday.
Minimum 4-night stay if checking in on a Saturday or Sunday.
Sunday check ins may be subject to cleaners availability

Check-in: 3:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am
Late Check-out Fee:
Guests not vacating the property by 10 am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur a $100 fee. If the property is not vacated 3 hours after the check-out time, another night's stay will be charged.
Booking Policies:
We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.
Bookings made 12+ months in advance may attract a surcharge.
Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.
Holiday Season & Special Dates:
Rates and minimum night requirements vary for Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Public Holidays.
A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's in set date blocks.
Third-Party Booking Sites:
Fees may vary on third-party booking sites. It’s always cheaper dealing directly with us.
When you book with us, you aren’t booking with a 3rd party agent, you are booking and dealing with the property owner and their team.
Important Note:
No caravans, camper trailers, or tents larger than a 2-man tent for children are permitted on our properties. If you have extra guests we are happy to advise other suitable locations for their accommodation nearby.
