The main residence offers three upstairs bedrooms, a ground floor bunk room, and a Pool house, providing guests with flexibility based on their bedding preferences and the number of occupants. All kings and queens boast Sleeping Duck Indestructible bed frames and incredible mattresses. After experiencing one of these, you'll undoubtedly want one for your own home. The kids' games room is also where dreams become reality.

Main House Rates: (Sleeps up to 6 guests)

• Sunday-Thursday: $740 per night

• Friday & Saturday: $1930 per night

• Cleaning fee: Minimum $239

Option to Add Pool House (Sleeps up to 5 guests):

• Sunday-Thursday: $280 per night

• Friday & Saturday: $330 per night

• Cleaning fee: Minimum $59

Option to Add Bunk Room (Sleeps up to 12 guests):

• Sunday-Thursday: $150 per night

• Friday & Saturday: $230 per night

• Cleaning fee: Minimum $59

Important Stay Information:

• Minimum 2-night stay is our standard practice.

• Minimum 3-night stay if checking in on a Thursday.

• Minimum 4-night stay if checking in on a Saturday or Sunday.

• Sunday check ins may be subject to cleaners availability

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time: 3:00 pm

• Check-out time: 10:00 am

Late Check-out Fee:

• Guests not vacating the property by 10 am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur a $200 fee. If the property is not vacated 3 hours after the check-out time, another night's stay will be charged.

Booking Policies:

• We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.

• Bookings made 12+ months in advance may attract a surcharge.

• Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

Holiday Season & Special Dates:

• Rates and minimum night requirements vary for Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Public Holidays.

• A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's in set date blocks.

Third-Party Booking Sites:

• Fees may vary on third-party booking sites. It’s always cheaper dealing directly with us.

• When you book with us, you aren’t booking with a 3rd party agent, you are booking and dealing with the property owner and their team.

Important Note:

• No caravans, camper trailers, or tents larger than a 2-man tent for children are permitted on our properties. If you have extra guests we are happy to advise other suitable locations for their accommodation nearby.

• We wish to make guests aware that there will be intermittent construction/renovations in the street or neighbouring houses throughout 2025

• Pet Policy: Pets allowed in the outdoor gated yard area at the front of the house. Pets not permitted indoors. All Pet mess must be cleaned and disposed of by the pet owner.
