Take a leisurely stroll across the dam wall or venture to the Lake Moogerah Picnic area to witness the stunning sunset over the mountain ranges

Located in the heart of the scenic Scenic Rim Region, Moogerah Lake Houses serve as an ideal base for discovering the area's charms, from quaint towns to picturesque landscapes.

Set within a relaxed and quiet neighbourhood, Moogerah Lake Houses offer a peaceful ambiance for guests to unwind. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquillity of the area and keep noise levels low, especially during weeknights.

3 Bedroom Luxury Retreat:

Nicely renovated old Queenslander style 3 bedroom timber house. With a total of 5 beds, our accommodation can comfortably host a maximum of 9 guests, with additional provision for children in the fold-away cots.

  • Room 1: 1 x King bed (sleeps 2)

  • Room 2: 1 x Queen bed (sleeps 2)

  • Room 3:

    • 1 x Queen bed (sleeps 2)

    • 1 x Double bunk (double bottom, single top) (sleeps 3)

  • 2 Backyard Fire Pits & BBQ Area: One wood fired and one bio ethanold fired. Gather around the fire pits or grill up a feast in our BBQ area with ample seating for 20+ people.

  • Huge Undercover Outdoor Lounge & Entertaining Area: Lounge in style in our expansive outdoor area, providing comfortable seating for 9+ people.

  • Entertainment: Watch your favorite shows on the 60-inch TV or enjoy a movie night with the DVD player.

  • Modern Kitchen Appliances: Prepare meals effortlessly with our cold water and ice maker double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and quality coffee maker.

  • Laundry Facilities: Stay fresh and clean with a 5kg washer and 4kg dryer.

  • Pet-Friendly Amenities: Our fenced backyard is perfect for furry family members to roam freely.

  • Family-Friendly Features: A small play area suitable for little ones to play in the cubbyhouse plus the sand pit is state of the art for a kid.

  • Climate Control: Stay comfortable year-round with air-conditioning throughout the house and ceiling or pedestal fans to suit individual preferences.

  • Hi Speed Starlink WiFi: Free of charge of course.

  • Bath & Pool Towels, along with Linens for all beds, are provided for your convenience.

House Rates:

  • Sunday to Thursday nights: $200 per night

  • Friday & Saturday nights: $440 per night

  • Cleaning fee: minimum $199

Important Stay Information:

  • Minimum 2-night stay is our standard practice.

  • Minimum 3-night stay if checking in on a Thursday.

  • Minimum 4-night stay if checking in on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • Sunday check ins may be subject to cleaners availability

Check-in/out:

  • Check-in: 5:00pm

  • Check-out: 10:00am

Late Check-out Fee:

Guests not vacating the property by 10 am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur a $100 fee. If the property is not vacated 3 hours after the check-out time, another night's stay will be charged.

Booking Policies:

  • We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.

  • Bookings made 12+ months in advance may attract a surcharge.

  • Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

Holiday Season & Special Dates:

  • Rates and minimum night requirements vary for Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Public Holidays.

  • A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's in set date blocks.

Third-Party Booking Sites:

  • Fees may vary on third-party booking sites. It’s always cheaper dealing directly with us.

  • When you book with us, you aren’t booking with a 3rd party agent, you are booking and dealing with the property owner and their team.

Important Note:

  • No caravans, camper trailers, or tents larger than a 2-man tent for children are permitted on our properties. If you have extra guests we are happy to advise other suitable locations for their accommodation nearby.
