Moogerah Lake House #6 is a charming renovated farm cottage, offering a peaceful private getaway, with panoramic views over the Lake & Mountain Ranges.

With a heated 6 person spa & picturesque American Style Fire Pit, you can enjoy a drink or toast marshmallows as the sunsets behind the mountains.

This delightful country style house boasts 180-degree views of Lake Moogerah with tranquil wide-open spaces and lots of natural light. Fully renovated inside and out, this house carries all the charm and quirk of a farm cottage without skimping on any of the modern comforts of home.

Imagine yourself taking a deep breath and soaking in that fresh country air, as you gaze out over the expansive green space surrounding the house and the beauty of Lake Moogerah with Mt Edwards as a backdrop.

As you arrive at Lakehouse #6 you will love driving down the driveway to this quaint cottage and entering along the wrap around timber deck to fully take in the natural beauty of this location. The deck is equipped with outdoor seating and dining, as well as featuring a 6-person heated spa  ( up to 38 deg) that will provide some of the most unforgettable sunsets you’ve ever seen.

Bedding Configuration:

Bedding in the house is laid out to accommodate guests in the following manner: 

Room 1 - 1 x Queen bed, sleeps 2 
Room 2 - 1 x Queen bed, sleeps 2
Room 3 - 1 x Double bunk with Single on top & double mattress lower level
1 Bathroom with separate toilet.
Bath & Pool Towels & Linen for beds is supplied
A total of 4 beds for a Maximum of 7 guests.

$575 per night Sunday - Thursday nights
$737 per night Friday & Saturday nights
Cleaning fee min $199
*Min 2 night stay / 3 night min stay if checking in on a Thursday. Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am although early arrival and late departure may be requested subject to availability. Any Guests who do not vacate the property by 10am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur a $100 fee. If property is not vacated 3 hrs after the check out time, another nights stay will be charged. We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. *Rates and minimum night requirement varies for Christmas & New Years Holiday season & Easter. 7 Night Minimum stay over Christmas or New Years in set date blocks. *Please be aware that Caravans, Camper trailers, Motorhomes or tents bigger then a 2 man tent for children are NOT permitted on our properties. If you have extra guests you are needing to host Lake Moogerah Caravan Park is located less than 5 minutes away from our houses.

Perfect for larger group bookings, or for functions and weddings, hire our neighbouring lakehouses, Lake Houses 1 to 5 are all located in the same street.

Lake Moogerah has peaceful blue waters and is an ideal destination for swimming, camping, boating, water sports and reconnecting with nature. A popular location for boating enthusiasts to go water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing and kayaking, but please note you will need a permit to fish which you can get from the caravan park where your access to the lake is found.

The local area offers beautiful parklands and national parks to explore, with Mt Edward close by for hiking enthusiasts. Take a walk across the dam wall; at 219m long and 38m high it’s ideal for sighting turtles and other wildlife. There is a local cafe and general store close for any supplies you may need.

Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree neighbourhood. However, we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.

Moogerah Lake Houses are near bushland, the lake and the national park, so a variety of wildlife is very common.
